  • Service cancellation at least 24 hours before scheduled time
  • Unsatisfactory service quality
  • Staff no-show or significant delay
  • Service not performed as agreed
  • Technical issues preventing service completion

Refund Process

Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of the service completion or scheduled time.

2. Review Process

We will review your request and may ask for additional information or photos if needed.

3. Refund Decision

We will make a decision within 3-5 business days and notify you of the outcome.

4. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Amounts

Refund amounts are determined based on the specific circumstances:

  • Full refund for cancellations made 24+ hours in advance
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 12-24 hours in advance
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance
  • Partial or full refund for unsatisfactory service quality

Exclusions

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • Customer-provided incorrect information
  • Customer not available at scheduled time
  • Customer refusal to allow service completion
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.)
